Our Team
Tom Kametz
Tom Kametz has been in the real estate arena for over 20 years, first as a house flipper, then long term real estate investor and now as a Real Estate Agent. His unique background has given him the advantage of being able to find properties with the most hidden potential for a variety of clients. Buyers, sellers, and investors trust his eye for identifying the right details, attributes, and financial considerations about each property to maximize the client's knowledge when making a real estate decision. He also holds a certificate as a Certified Financial Education Instructor and mentors and teaches the strategies and principles of real estate investing to individuals and groups.
Shawn Truman
Shawn Truman is the broker and owner of Pioneer West Property Management. He brings more than 10 years of property management experience, including corporate-level roles with both small and large companies. Shawn takes a hands-on, practical approach to protecting his clients' investments, improving communication, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. His industry experience, knowledge of the Southern Utah real estate market, and commitment to building lasting relationships give property owners confidence that their investments are in capable hands.
JB Spiker
JB Spiker is a St. George native who knows the area inside and out, including all the best fishing spots. There isn't a local in town who doesn't know him. The Spiker family has been in the real estate business for decades, and he brings that depth of experience along with a wide network of local resources to help you get done whatever it is you need.
