Tom Kametz has been in the real estate arena for over 20 years, first as a house flipper, then long term real estate investor and now as a Real Estate Agent. His unique background has given him the advantage of being able to find properties with the most hidden potential for a variety of clients. Buyers, sellers, and investors trust his eye for identifying the right details, attributes, and financial considerations about each property to maximize the client's knowledge when making a real estate decision. He also holds a certificate as a Certified Financial Education Instructor and mentors and teaches the strategies and principles of real estate investing to individuals and groups.
Shawn Truman
Shawn Truman is the broker and owner of Pioneer West Property Management. He brings more than 10 years of property management experience, including corporate-level roles with both small and large companies.
